I can't get FTP to work from the hospital but we are going home tomorrow and I will post a picture (or 30) of the little princess then. It has been a totally insane experience but she's healthy and we are SO thankful for that. The long and the short of my labor story is that my water broke at around midnight on Friday night, we rushed in to the hospital and she was born via c-section two hours later! It was an EXTREMELY scary two hours wondering what almost four weeks early was going to mean for her development but she came out screaming and full of color and almost six pounds seemed reasonable to us! The doctors keep assuring me that everything is great and she is even starting to get the hang of nursing.

Ok, I commented on the last blog since this one wasn't here when I first logged on, so now I have to commment to this one as well. CONGRATS!!!! I'm so darn excited for you guys. What a great 4th of July present for your family! I can't wait to see how cute she is. And I love the name! I bet your mom was speechless! Well, rest up and enjoy your new family.
